ABOUT ME

Empowering women to advocate for themselves at work and beyond

I am a diversity and inclusion strategist, gender equality advocate, educator, author and speaker with an experience with fast-paced culture evolution.

For the past years, I have been on a mission to inspire sustainable and inclusive leadership to leverage diversity through initiatives with the C-suit, HR, marketing and tech teams such as developing policies and features in order to increase inclusion, reduce the impact of unconscious bias and serve a more diverse market.

Through my organization Equally Work, an educational platform and a global community, I have also dedicated myself teaching hundreds of women how to negotiate thousands of euros in raises, start businesses, advocate for themselves in the workplace and lead from where they are, regardless of their rank, title, or role. 

I previously worked as a communication specialist in the field of human rights, defense and technology. I hold a master diploma in Political Science and several certificates including “Leading diversity and inclusion in the workplace” and “Strategy & sustainability”. I speak French (native) and English (fluent). I have been selected in 2021 by LinkedIn as one of the “10 women to follow” and by Les Expertes.com as one of the “4 women to work with on March 8” on the topics of diversity & gender equality.

MY VISION OF DIVERSITY, EQUALITY AND INCLUSION

Diversity and inclusion is less about a program, and more about a vision and helping people become comfortable enough to have a dialog about their experiences. I encourage fresh perspectives on how to recognize bias and encourages individuals to lead from where they are, regardless of their rank, title, or role. Senior leaders should be out front, very visibly supporting diversity and inclusion, and I believe in the power of data : it helps everyone learn and it helps everyone get better.

  • Interactive, thought-provoking trainings and workshops to address tough diversity and inclusion, unconscious bias, inclusive leadership, gender equality and culture questions head-on

  • Help leaders get comfortable with d&i concepts and decisions

  • Build a tactical plan to improve products and innovate new ways to serve a more diverse (bigger) market

FOCUS : EQUALLY WORK RATING APP

The Equally Work app deciphers reports and independent data from brands and companies to analyze their impact on women and the people.

Equally Work holistic measurement evaluates equal opportunities for women, inclusion policies, advertising and communications stereotypes, diversity reporting and social impact, and provide a clear and simple assessment. Our 100-point scoring system provides consumers and employees the keys to acting conscientiously, and gives companies and brands clear guidelines for improvement.

After a first version in 2019-2021, the app 2.0 will be released in 2022. Equally Work is a non-profit organization and is constantly looking for volunteers and/or funding.
